Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns; however, we do want you to be pleased with your purchase. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at email@example.com so that we can accommodate your needs. Purchases including gift cards are non-refundable.
The ingredients are posted with each product listing, so if you have allergies, sensitivities or a question, email me before you make the purchase.
Slight variations in appearance is normal in handcrafted natural products. Climate may affect the final product during shipping if it encounters extreme temperatures, so please take that into consideration when ordering.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your product has been damaged during shipping or you received the wrong item, please send a picture within 72 hours (3 days) of receipt of the product so that we can replace it at no additional cost to you. Pictures can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
